During our summer Character Camps, there is also an opportunity to invest in the Native children from the Colville Reservation. We also have groups that rent the Ranch. Please get in contact with us if you are interested in helping in the kitchen during these camps.

Are you looking for a place to serve this summer? Peniel Ranch could be the place for you! We have lots of volunteer opportunities year-round, fit for any skill level. Peniel Ranch hosts family camps, mission trips (character camps), and rental groups of all sizes. To keep up with the business of camps, there is much to be done at the Ranch, from cooking, serving, and cleaning for camps to yard, machinery, appliance, and building maintenance. During the summer there are lots of projects and repairs that need to be done too. Come for the whole summer or for a shorter time—we’d love to have you whenever you are available!
AGE: We are looking for volunteers who are at least fourteen years old.
EXPECTATIONS: A born-again believer with love for Christ that overflows from the heart, a Christ-centered attitude towards work and others and a teachable mindset, a joyful attitude that is quick to help and slow to complain, perseverance through hard work, and little sleep.
JOB EXPERIENCE: None required. We will teach you how to do everything you are asked to do. If you do have job experience in cooking, cleaning, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, drywall, appliance maintenance, tractor and vehicle repair, fencing and irrigation, equine care, tree trimming, and care, let us know.
EXPERIENCE GAINED: You will walk away with a whole summer where you have served the Lord and hopefully grown in your faith and relationship with Jesus. An entire summer of electives for your high school or college education. And work experience in so many different areas that can go on your resume for job applications.

Are you looking into getting a college degree while working at a camp? You can do this at Peniel Ranch. We are excited to partner with Faith Baptist College out of Iowa with their Camp2Us program. College-age students can earn a degree online through Faith at a discounted price, all while working and living at Peniel Ranch!
